THE PRODUCTION PATH

One connected process.

Six stages connect the fermentation broth to a finished enzyme preparation.

  1. 01

    Inoculation

    Sterile preparation and seed expansion

Media preparation and staged seed cultivation establish the starting conditions for production.

  2. 02

    Fermentation

    Controlled growth at scale

Dissolved oxygen, pH, temperature and feeding profiles guide the fermentation process.

  3. 03

    Clarification

    Separate the enzyme-containing liquid

Centrifugation and filtration remove cells and solids before concentration.

  4. 04

    Concentration

    Increase activity density

Ultrafiltration and vacuum concentration prepare the enzyme solution for finishing.

  5. 05

    Drying & finishing

    Match the final application

Spray drying, belt drying and granulation provide options for different product formats.

  6. 06

    QA/QC & packaging

    Release to the agreed specification

Activity, microbiological and physicochemical checks support final release and packing.

DELIVERY FORMATS

Built around your process.

Format selection is part of the application discussion, together with dosing, handling and storage requirements.

01

Powder

For dry blending and applications that use powdered enzyme preparations.

02

Granule

A granular format for handling and incorporation into dry systems.

03

Beads

A bead format for product-specific delivery requirements.

04

Liquid

For liquid formulation and dosing systems.
