β-glucannase
Optimized for mash diets and mild pelleting temperatures.

Activity Definition
One β-Glucanase activity unit (U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which degrades 4 mg/mL of β-Glucan solution to liberate 1 μmol of reducing sugar (Glucose) in 1 min at 37℃ and pH5.5.
Appearance
Light yellow powder
Acticvity
10,000 ~ 50,000 U/g
Shelf Life & Storage
25℃ , 12 months.

Function
1. Degrade glucan in wheat, barley and rye feed, improve feed digestibility especially non-conventional feed
2. Destroy plant cell wall, reduce the viscosity of β-glucan, improve nutrients release and
absorption
3. Maintain high activity in animal gastrointestine and high stability in feed processing and
storage
Dosage
25~75 g/MT Complete Feed. (10,000 U/g)
